On Wednesday, May 2, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Rick Lahr, CPA, will share best practices, rules, experiences and observations regarding Texas business entity compliance issues. Rick is a Senior Manager at GPP in IRS services and is a veteran CPA, having served the accounting needs of businesses and individuals since 1981. During his presentation, Rick will address:

As both a CPA and an attorney, Rick is the go-to person for issues relating to tax and the law. He handles IRS problem resolution regarding audits, tax compliance and collection, as well as preparing individual and fiduciary returns.
This course will take place at the offices of Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP. There is no charge to attend, and lunch will be served.
One CPE/CLE credit hour will be granted in accordance with the standards of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. No prerequisites or advanced preparation are required.
