Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP (GPP) is pleased to announce that partner, Erick Cutler, CPA, recently had an article published in the North Texas Dental Society newsletter.
“I wrote this article hoping it would raise awareness of the problems we have involving fraud in the dental industry,” says Cutler.
Cutler wrote on the topic of “Knowing the Law When it Comes to Medicaid.” He discussed the efforts made by Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) to tighten the enforcement of Medicaid dental policies to minimize fraudulent activity. His article also touched on the consequences and monetary penalties dental practices can encounter if fraud is suspected. To see the full article, visit http://bit.ly/HzDZxT.
